The Indiana Junior Beef Cattle Association was created to both represent the beef cattle industry and inspire youth in a positive and professional manner. The IJBCA strives to brighten the future of junior cattlemen by providing numerous activities and contests that center around the building of leadership skills, development of character and providing educational opportunities. As a youth organization we recognize that the beef industry is constantly changing and growing exponentially. The goal of the IJBCA is to make every effort to assure that each and every member is given every chance to take advantage of these opportunities and become the best person they can be, not only in the show ring but in life itself.
